What is there for us to pay more full attention to now?

As you whirl through the worlds,

As you are called to stand firm,

As you are meeting what has been silenced for too long,

Know it all has its right to be,
It all has its lessons to offer,
It all contains nuggets of wisdom - sometimes hidden and almost unnoticeable.

Only, we can ask: “Are we ready, are we open, are we brave to meet the depths?”

So, what calls you to deepen your roots while feeling the discomfort in and around you?

So, what lights you up in the midst of daring to look into the abysses of division?

So, what are you nourishing to be well supported from within?

We further release,
We further open up,
We further shed in possibly unfamiliar ways.

And… while we know deep within how the screams and tears; the longings and cravings; the courage and tenderness are interwoven, we listen to the cracks that call us to transcend what has been festering for too long.

We descend and dare to meet it all,
And as we do, we transcend, not to overcome but to put things to rest, clearing, disentangling, and sometimes without us noticing…
