It’s an artistry of being both in motion, active, and relating while at the same time cultivating inner silence, presence, and moving beyond what may divide us, separate us, and make us feel lost.

Can we embrace what we may fear and judge?
Can we welcome a strange and unfamiliar thought?
Can we courageously meet the world anew, every day, again and again?

So let’s still our minds.
