What is essential for this moment, these days, these couple of weeks?

How can we find our way back to center?

How can we find our path back to ground?
Moving and whirling, shaking and searching, 

Following glimpses of whispers, following subtle tracks.

Tuning our core,

Tuning our presence.
Breath after breath.
Gesture after gesture.

What is calling us now? What direction is ours to embark on?

It's normal that we don’t know,

It's normal that we wonder.

So let's come back to our senses,
So let's come back to ground.

The natural world is speaking, speaking loudly to us.
Can we perceive their whispers?
Can we pay attention to their signs?

Now is not the time to overthink,
Now is not the time to discuss the paradox.

Can we open up and become available?
Can we open up and attune?

Breath after breath.
Gesture after gesture.
Coming back to our senses,
Coming back to ground.

Wir erleben die gegenwärtige Zeit als sehr aufwühlend. Vor allem in den letzten Wochen und Monaten scheint es sich zuzuspitzen und gerade darum möchten wir dich zu diesem Seminar, dieses Mal “Donation Based“, einladen. 

Bist du in einer Führungsposition, Aktivist:in oder Change-Maker und fragst dich, wie du zurzeit mit den globalen Umständen sinnvoll umgehen und deinen Beitrag leisten kannst?

Uns ist es ein großes Anliegen, mit dem Einführungskurs einen Raum zu öffnen, in dem wir gemeinsam den aktuellen systemischen Herausforderungen begegnen und deren unterliegende Gründe besser verstehen lernen können. Wir laden dich ein, die Praktiken der Aufstellungsarbeit, System Sensing und der Arbeit mit Land und Ort kennenzulernen, und durch Unterstützung dieser Methoden, den gegenwärtigen Spannungen anders begegnen zu können und neue Herangehensweisen und Einsichten gemeinsam zu entdecken.

This foundational course is an introduction to our wider ways of knowing by exploring systems sensing, systemic constellation and the importance of land and place in working on societal issues and complex challenges. We work with essential key concepts, methods and practices for individuals and groups. It supports participants in expanding, deepening, and differentiating their perception skills. Much focus lies on engaging practically with various forms of knowledge through solo, small group and whole group exercises.

Book Chapter on Systems Sensing is published

“Systems sensing is a broad term for somatic approaches that utilize felt senses to expand awareness, providing deeper insights into complex interrelationships within systems, such as organizations or networks. It connects with our inherent capacities for intuiting, perceiving, relating, and sense-making through diverse and subtle ways of knowing.”

This chapter is co-authored by Luea Ritter, Justus Wachs & Nancy Zamierwoski as part of the open-access Springer book on

“Imagining, Designing and Teaching Regenerative Futures: Art-Science Approaches and Inspirations From Around the World”

It explores the potential of transdisciplinary, art-science approaches in addressing current social-ecological complexities within educational contexts. Moving beyond disciplinary perspectives, this book integrates holistic, transdisciplinary approaches and creates spaces for imagining and co-creating just, liveable, healthy futures. As we face the urgent need for new ways of learning and engaging with nature, this volume emphasizes the importance of humans as integral parts of living systems. By fostering a regenerative and holistic perspective while improving wellbeing for humans and non-humans, the book offers tools and methods that invite learners to reimagine their relationships with nature and with the future.
